The Walker Family Clinic, located on the second floor of the Psychiatric Research Institute, is home to the majority of PRI’s outpatient clinics including individual, group and family therapies utilizing evidenced-based practice techniques for mental health and addictive diseases. It hosts the center’s specialty programs, including treatment for addictive, eating, anxiety, depressive and post-traumatic stress disorders.

The Child Study Center, based at Arkansas Children's Hospital, serves the entire state of Arkansas. STRIVE is a school-based community outreach program operating in North Little Rock. The Arkansas Employee Assistance Program provides counseling, information and referral (if indicated) for state employees (including their spouses and dependents) who experience some form of personal distress. AEAP also has a management consultation component that addresses workplace wellness, consultation over workplace issues, and training.
