According to the American Psychiatric Association, one in five women in the United States will have a mental health problem like depression, post-traumatic stress disorder or an eating disorder this year.
Every woman’s mental health journey is unique and evolving. The Psychiatric Research Institute’s Women’s Mental Health Forum will address the changing needs of women at every stage of life, offering insights and support tailored to today’s challenges.
Join us October 2, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church (4823 Woodlawn Drive, Little Rock) for expert-led workshops on women’s mental health across all life stages, from adolescence through older adulthood.
You’ll discover evidence-based strategies to strengthen mental well-being for yourself and those you care for and connect with local organizations addressing real-world challenges facing women today.
