Cognitive Processing Therapy

Cognitive processing therapy is a highly-effective cognitive-behavioral treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for adults (ages 14+). Cognitive processing therapy has been shown to be effective in reducing post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms related to a variety of traumatic events such as physical and sexual abuse or assault, accidents, threats, military combat, or being a witness to violence or death.
