UAMS’ Arkansas Employee Assistance Program provides counseling, information and referral (if indicated) for employees, including spouses and dependents, who experience some form of personal distress. Our program also has a management consultation component that addresses workplace wellness, consultation over workplace issues, and training. We offer:
