- Implementation-Effectiveness Hybrid I trial of Integrative Health Care for PTSD, examining different models of integrative care as compared to usual care to support sustained functional recovery among Veterans with PTSD. Research to improve mental healthcare access and engagement
- A pilot study of telepsychiatry and a formative evaluation on implementing IV/IM Ketamine for Treatment-Resistant Depression. Primary Investigator: Marcela Weber. Additional TRECC team contributors: Pyne, Griffin, Grubbs (co-investigators)
- Enhancing Access and Engagement of Mental Health Care for Rural Native Veterans. Increase Rural Native Veteran access to and engagement with VA mental health services by examining associations between diagnoses and engagement, identifying best practices, disseminating this information, and measuring its impact. - Rural Veterans and Community Mental Health Care: How, Why, and Ways VA Can Become a Preferred Provider. This project aims to evaluate and characterize services delivered to rural Veterans seeking mental health care Community Care programming in the south central region. This mixed methods project will draw on national data sets and qualitative interviews with Veterans who have received care through Community Care. Primary Investigator: Grubbs
- VA Digital Mental App Decision Tool. In partnership with the the VA’s Tech Into Care program and the Houston VA’s digital mental health clinic, we will develop a low-tech, user-friendly decision-aid tool to help Veterans select the right digital tool for their needs. Primary Investigator: Grubbs
